At Willow & Sage, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. LATE CANCELLATIONS /CHANGES
PLEASE GIVE US 48 HOURS NOTICE
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel, or make changes to your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel, or adjust the services you're scheduled to have more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give us a call, send us a message, or use the Vagaro app to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 48 hours before your reserved appointment time, there will be a 50% fee on you scheduled services due. If you no show, or cancel same day, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of your scheduled services. If you decide to cancel part of your scheduled services when you arrive, you are still responsible for the cost those services.
TARDINESS / CHILDREN / EXTRA GUESTS / PETS
PLEASE LET US KNOW
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Willow & Sage and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time, and you may be charged for a missed appointment.
If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers. We try to scheduled our days accurately and when a client runs late, it can throw off our entire day. This isn't fair to every guest after you. If we are still able to take you, we may need to sacrifice some finishing touches in styling or blow drying.

WHILE WE LOVE CHILREN, WE ASK YOU FIND ALTERNATE CHILDCARE ARRANGMENTS WHILE YOU'RE HERE.
We know childcare can sometime be difficult, but we are a small salon with lots of sharp and hot objects that just aren't safe for little hands. For this reason, we do not allow children who are not receiving services in our salon. We ask that you make alternate childcare arrangements even if you have the most perfectly well behaved children.
Thank you for understanding.
NO PETS ALLOWED
We also can not allow any animals other than official service animals who are trained to do specific tasks in our salon. Emotional support animals, and pets are not allowed within our salon. This is a State Board Law and out of our hands.
We also ask that you limit bringing any extra guests to your appointment since we are a smaller space and the room can fill up quickly if every client were to bring a friend. Bring yourself and just enjoy the the pampering. This is your time with us.
REFUNDS / RE-DOS
SERVICES
Willow & Sage does not issue refunds on salon services.
However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify your stylist within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to your stylist so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, your original stylist will make every effort to make any adjustments within two weeks of the initial service.
Re-dos/adjustments can not be performed by alternate stylists since our stylists operate independently from each other and are not employed by Willow & Sage.
Changes made to your hair, outside of the initial consultation discussion, will be made at full menu price and not covered as a "re-do". Due to the many variables in hair care products available, color services are not guaranteed without the purchase of Eufora Haircare Products directly from Willow & Sage. These products are tested for authenticity and are proven in the prevention of premature color fading and protection of the health of your hair.

RETAIL
Eufora Professional products purchased directly through Willow & Sage are guaranteed for authenticity freshness, and effectiveness. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 7 days after sale date and we will be happy to offer a 1 time exchange.
We do not issue refunds on any products. CBD or Crystal Products. These are final sale.
