Happy October and welcome to our new look! We have been very busy behind the scenes the last few months and we can’t keep it to ourselves any longer. We have been excited about the opportunity to rebrand our salon for a while now, and over the last few months, we have made it a reality. So let us re-introduce ourselves; Hello, we are “Willow & Sage; The Hair Sanctuary”.
We were ready to blossom from our Alova Salon roots, and grow into our new name. Why "Willow & Sage"? I'm so glad you asked. We put so much thought into the new name and tried really hard to find something that connected both of us in a subtle but meaningful way. We googled and synonymed to our hearts contents and found that Willow trees are related to water signs (Vanessa) & Sage is related to air signs (Marie). We also really loved the symbolism of what both Willow & Sage has come to represent. Strength, Adaptability, Wisdom, & both Feminine and Masculine energy. We loved the balance and the blend in the new name and felt it worked well with our new, more natural environment. We are leaning on our choices to use eco-friendly products and the opportunity to create looks that help our guests feel like their the most authentic selves.
We have warmed up our salon decor, and hope the inviting changes within our salon help our guests feel more at home while they are with us. We welcome you to take a look around. We are so happy with how things have turned out and we look forward to seeing you in our new, safe, hair sanctuary.
